Other than that, ada machine to diagnose your skin in terms of skin lightening. Mine dapat 25%. Agak gelap lah. Banyak melanin di dalam kulit. Anyway, aku pun tak berapa kisah sangat pasal hitam ke putih ke.. aku cuma nak kulit cantik glowing macam Beyonce tu jer. Huhuhu.. Based on Dr.Chang's talk.. dia kata certain drug or changing or inbalance hormon level pun bleh bagi effect pertambahan melanin dan menggelapkan kulit anda. Ahha!! No wonder aku tak putih2 *sad*
Ini bermakna.. menguruskan badan is crucial. Tapi aku tak teringin pun nak pergi mana2 slimming centre. Mahal dan blom tentu berkesan untuk aku.
Early this year.. aku ada jumpa gym berdekatan dengan rumah. Teringin nak pergi. Tapi aku tak pernah masuk mana2 gym dan sangat blur and don't know where to start. Buying shoes? Appropriate clothes? What to expect? How to behave? Any idea? Anyone?

The principle is... even tumbuh berjemur kat tepi pantai tu tapi bunga tu tetap menten putihhhhh.. so bunch of clarins scientist from clarins institute pun pi la buat research on that particular plant. Rupa2nya that Sea Lily block or slow down producing the amount of melanin. Oooooo kisahnya...
Anyway, the product is not in the market yet. This is preview launching ya. Feb 25th baru masuk Malaysia's market. Not sure about asia or worldwide market. Dalam free goodies, aku dapat la a box of samples. Ada time aku snap itu gambar goodies and tepek kat sini ya.
